Kristin L. Oliveira is Of Counsel with Curiale Hirschfeld Kraemer and practices in the firm's San Francisco office. She concentrates her practice in wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination matters, class action wage & hour litigation, employment advice and counsel, and internal workplace investigations. Ms. Oliveira attended Northeastern University, graduating with a B.S. in Political Science. While in law school at Washington University School of Law, Ms. Oliveira served as a judicial extern at the United States District Court in Illinois.
Ms. Oliveira has over ten years of experience litigating employment cases in federal and state courts. She has a long history of achieving favorable results for clients on, among other things, discrimination complaints pending with the EEOC and state equal employment opportunity agencies, as well as wage and hour complaints filed with the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Prior to joining Curiale Hirschfeld Kramer, she represented Fortune 100 companies in employment matters at a well-respected San Francisco firm.
