Kristina Shaw is a Corporate and Commercial lawyer and a Partner in the London office of Miller Thomson. Kristina provides legal advice to clients in the areas of business law and finance. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, lending and asset-based financing transactions, incorporations and corporate reorganizations. She provides advice to owner-managed companies, financial institutions and entrepreneurs. Kristina is also a member of the Charities and Not for Profit practice group and works with a number of non-profit and charitable entities based in Southwestern Ontario.
Kristina is also very involved in the London community. She previously served as a director and President of Goodwill Industries Ontario Great Lakes and is currently a director of the London Convention Centre and of Children's Health Foundation. She is also the Chair of the Personal Gifts division of the London Regional Children's Museum Capital Campaign and sits on the Management Committee of The Stiller Centre for Technology Commercialization.
