Unlike many insurance coverage practitioners, the principal shareholders have significant state and federal court trial experience in a variety of insurance, bad faith and ERISA cases. The firm coverage practice ranges from simple coverage questions to complex multi-state coverage matters. The firm also has a number of NASD matters on behalf of insurers who maintain a presence in the securities arena.
The second area of specialty involves the defense and representation of clients in significant injury and fraud matters, primarily in product liability, wrongful death, complex personal injury trucking accidents, professional negligence, negligence, fraud and commercial civil litigation.
The third area of specialty involves employment law. The firm has experience handling counseling, the development of simple and complex employment programs, the representation of clients before state and federal regulatory agencies, including the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office and the Equal Opportunity Commission. The firm also engages in significant investigation of employment claims and the litigation of employment lawsuits in both state and federal courts.
Lawyers dedicate themselves to providing the highest quality of legal representation l in its three practice areas while at the same time recognizing the need for a practical approach to litigation with cost containment for clients a goal as well.
