Kyle C. Kreischer

Kyle Kreischer is a shareholder with Donelson Ciancio & Goodwin, P.C., and a leading member of the Litigation team.
After graduating and receiving his J. D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Kyle attended Vermont Law School, consistently ranked as one of the top environmental law programs in the nation, where he graduated magna cum laude and received a Masters of Laws in Environmental Law (LL. M.). He completed his thesis, which was entitled: "The Effect of Citizen Participation on the Listing of Species under the Endangered Species Act: An Empirical Regulatory Analysis."
Kyle is licensed to practice before all Colorado State courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Kyle focuses his practice in the following areas of law: Commercial Litigation; Commercial Banking (including collateral management and commercial loan restructures); Real Estate; Appellate work; and Environmental Law.
