Kyle joined Minken Employment Lawyers in 2008 and became an associate in 2010. His practice focuses exclusively on employment law issues, such as employment terminations, employment contracts and workplace policies. Kyle is known as an excellent teammate who analyzes each case from multiple perspectives, identifying possible oversights and gaining the most complete picture possible.
Because Kyle understands the impact that people's jobs and businesses have on their livelihood and wellness, he found that the best way to make a difference in people's lives was through employment law. Kyle views each new case as a unique opportunity to help clients secure their rights, protect their interests and to flourish as employees and employers. His satisfaction comes from successfully guiding clients who need help but are unsure about the legislation and laws affecting their case.
