Kyle W. LeClere is an associate in the Indianapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP and a member of the firm's Litigation Department.
Mr. LeClere focuses his practice on commercial litigation, product liability defense, and toxic torts. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Mr. LeClere was a summer associate in the firm's Indianapolis office. During law school, Mr. LeClere served as an intern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Tim A. Baker of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and as a certified legal intern in the law school's Civil Practice Clinic.
Mr. LeClere earned a B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in the Rev. Theodore Hesburgh Program in Public Service, from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. LeClere attended the University of Notre Dame as an Eli Lilly Endowment Scholar. While at Notre Dame, he participated in the Indianapolis Urban Plunge Program led by Marion Superior Court Judge David J. Dreyer. Mr. LeClere earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association..
Mr. LeClere is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana and before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
