In 1999 the firm was incorporated as a professional partnership. In April 2006, two long established and renowned Greek Law Firms, Kyriakides Georgopoulos (1933) and Daniolos Issaias & Partners Law Firm (1923), the later specializing mainly in Maritime Law decided to merge to form Greece's largest Multidisciplinary Law Firm in order to cover the needs of their respective clients in all fields of legal practice.

Presently, ninety-eight (98) lawyers provide their full time services to the firm out of which twenty three (26) are partners and seventy (72) are associates. Nine (11) lawyers offer their services in the Thessalonica branch and ten (10) in the Piraeus branch. All the lawyers of the firm are highly qualified to offer to the clients' personalised, high standard and timely service, with partner involvement at all levels with most of them being fluent in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Russian.
