| Biography | Managing Partner of Wilkinson Barker since 1997 (began practicing with firm 1984). Member, George Washington University Law Review, 1973-1975. Selected for The Best Lawyers in America (2009 and 2010) in Communications Law and 2009 Super Lawyers (Washington DC edition). Recently served as trial counsel in high profile cases involving carriage disputes, with full evidentiary hearings before the FCC. Previous work history: Litigation Division, General Counsel's Office, Federal Communications Commission, 1979-1983: Defended FCC decisions in the U.S. Court of Appeals (see Reported Cases); Litigation Attorney, Mudge Rose Guthrie & Alexander, engaging in general civil practice; and Legislative Assistant, U.S. Senator J.
