L. Bradley Hancock handles complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Brad concentrates his practice, both jury and non-jury, in complex commercial litigation. He regularly handles a very wide variety of matters, including commercial disputes, class actions, privacy and data security issues, products and intellectual property disputes, energy matters, and significant employment and labor law actions. He is licensed to practice in Texas, Louisiana, and the District of Columbia, and has been admitted pro hac vice as lead counsel in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
Brad has handled and successfully resolved cases across the United States, handling and trying numerous jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, appeals, administrative matters, and other disputes in more than 22 states and across international borders. While aggressive, Mr. Hancock is selective with respect to his representations, and is cognizant of appropriate measures to take in resolving cases early and efficiently, where appropriate and possible. Mr. Hancock has often been retained on the eve of trial, being asked to resolve or try complex matters on short notice.
Mr. Hancock is a frequent lecturer at seminars, in-house meetings, and client gatherings on numerous matters, including: (1) Ethics; (2) Employment & Labor issues; (3) Privacy & Data Security; (4) Human Resource Management; (4) Federal and State Compliance; (5) Commercial Litigation; (6) Professional Liability; and (7) a wide variety of Litigation. His public seminars and continuing legal education publications and presentations have been hosted by organizations like the University of Texas CLE; State & Local bar events; Professional Associations; the National Business Institute; and numerous business and client events.
