Kirk Wallace is a special counsel in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Wallace has a broad range of experience in virtually all types of real estate transactions including real estate secured loans, purchase and sales, leasing, construction contracts and the preparation of covenants, conditions and restrictions for residential and commercial planned unit, mixed use and condominium developments. His lending experience includes asset-based loans and construction and other real estate secured loans for various types of properties, including high-rise office buildings, hotels and residential developments. He has represented developers and owners of undeveloped land, office buildings and industrial developments, and has had extensive experience, both on behalf of developers and institutional investors, in the formation of general and limited partnerships involved in the acquisition, development and sale of real property. Mr. Wallace has also represented developers and owners in connection with various land use matters before governmental agencies and bodies.
