Lance Coburn represents clients in a wide variety of business litigation matters. Lance has more than a decade of Nevada legal experience representing developers of resort hotels and casinos on the Las Vegas strip in the areas of complex construction law, lien litigation and intellectual property rights. His litigation work also focuses on complex international matters, media law, defamation lawsuits, class actions, first amendment and labor and securities matters. Lance also assists clients and candidates running for political office on legislative matters, governmental affairs and campaign advertising.
