| Biography | Joined Burch & Cracchiolo in 2002
Larry has been practicing law in the State of Arizona continuously since 1974 and became Of Counsel to Burch & Cracchiolo in 2002. He engages in the general practice of law, concentrating primarily on civil litigation matters and domestic relations. He represents plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice cases and both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial or real estate matters. Larry successfully briefed and argued an appeal before the Arizona Supreme Court which resulted in an expansion of Arizona law related to loss of consortium claims, which are claims asserted by family members resulting from injuries sustained by other family members.
Larry also represents corporate clients on collection matters and contract disputes.
Larry was an officer in the United States Army Infantry from 1968-1970 serving as a platoon leader in Vietnam from 1969-1970. He graduated from Duke Law School in 1973. He was then a law clerk to the Honorable Walter E. Craig of the United States District Court for Arizona for the year 1973 to 1974 before he entered the private practice of law.

Representative Engagements
Represents an ATM industry company with over 3,000 ATM machines throughout the United States, providing all legal services, including the preparation and revision of contracts and the pursuit of litigation arising from the breach of those contracts.
Represented the family of a special needs child who, while a minor, was sexually molested by an individual retained to provide respite services by the State of Arizona, with a settlement permitting the victim to be financially secure.
Represented an interior designer against its landlord arising out of a failure to maintain the premises, with the case resulting in a million dollar plus jury verdict.
Represents clients in real estate and title disputes
Represents petitioners and respondents in divorces, custody disputes and other family law matters
Represents a national linen company with respect to all legal matters, including the preparation and revision of contracts and handling legal actions arising out of the breach of those contracts.
