Larry is an experienced litigator who defends professional liability cases including medical, legal and engineering claims. Having successfully represented surgeons and physicians in Missouri and Kansas for over 40 years, he has achieved many defense victories for doctors accused of injuring patients by substandard medical care. Larry has also defended engineers accused of substandard design and performance, as well as a number of significant product liability cases.

Experience
· Defended civil engineers accused of substandard professional work and won a $10 million jury case in federal court in Orlando, Fla., in which Amtrak claimed a derailment was caused by poor civil engineering at a rail crossing
· Successfully prosecuted a jury case for the University of Missouri to obtain permission to erect the Mary Clark and E. Grey Dimand Scholar's Center, more commonly known as Diastole, at University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine
