Latonia Williams is a member of the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group, where she represents creditors, including franchisors, insurance companies, and financial institutions, in bankruptcy cases. Her practice also includes commercial litigation, specifically creditors' rights matters pending throughout the United States. Latonia has experience representing the interests of clients in fraudulent transfer and preference actions. While attending the University of Connecticut School of Law, Latonia served as a Lead Articles Editor for the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.
