Laura Torchio is a member of the firm's Litigation Section, where she focuses her practice on a wide variety of business and commercial litigation as well as labor and employment disputes. Ms. Torchio's labor and employment experience includes working on wage and hour class action suits and wrongful termination and employment litigation.
After a summer internship with Robinson & Cole, Ms. Torchio worked with an associate of the firm on a pro bono political asylum case. She assisted in the preparation of the applicant's case and served as a French interpreter when necessary.

- Represented corporate officer during all stages of criminal investigation and federal prosecution by United States Attorney's Office. Argued for and obtained non-United States Sentencing Guidelines and nonjail sentence for corporate officer.
