Laura Bertilotti is an associate in Cadwalader's New York office. Her practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law, with emphasis on real estate and corporate finance.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Laura was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in that firm's corporate department.
She received a Bachelor in Political Science and International Relations from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), her Masters in Law from Sciences Po and a joint Certificate in Global Business Law and Governance from Columbia Law School, University of Paris I (Pantheon-Sorbonne) and Sciences Po. She received her LL.M. from New York University School of Law where she was a graduate editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics.
Laura is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Her native languages are French and Italian and she is proficient in Russian and Hebrew.
