Laura Gleen is an associate in the firm's Litigation Practice and is a member of the firm's national eDiscovery and eRetention Practice. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of energy and products liability. She also has experience with government contract issues and intellectual property litigation.
In addition, Laura has worked on several employment-related matters. One major case centered around employment contract terms regarding compensation in the oil and gas industry, and several cases have centered around non-compete clauses in both the oil and gas and healthcare industries.
