Laura K. Graf is a partner in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP, where she is in the firm's Real Estate Department.
Ms. Graf has more than a decade of commercial real estate experience and focuses her practice in virtually all areas of real estate law. She has significant experience representing landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leasing transactions. Specifically, she currently represents several national office/industrial landlords in connection with their leasing activities.
Ms. Graf has also acted as primary development and acquisitions counsel for developer clients, acquiring real property for commercial office and industrial developments, multi-family residential developments, and mixed-use developments.
Ms. Graf earned her B.A magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas in 1993. She received her J.D. magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 1998.
Ms. Graf is actively involved in a number of professional organizations, including Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women, Arizona Women Lawyers, Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women and Habitat for Humanity. In addition, she was a committee member and report drafter for the Arizona State Bar Association's Revised Model Legal Opinion Report.
Ms. Graf is admitted to practice in the states of Minnesota and Arizona.
