Laura concentrates her practice in commercial real estate leasing, purchase and sale, and development. She has represented more than 25 office and industrial projects in leasing, management, and development, as well as mixed-use condominiums and residential/commercial projects. Laura's practice also includes nationwide leasing and plant acquisitions in the United States and Canada for several manufacturing clients, as well as tenant representation in office and retail. On the development side, Laura represents a variety of clients in purchase, sale, zoning, development and finance. She has particular expertise in branch bank acquisition and disposition. Laura is certified as a LEED Green Associate.

· Condominium development, including the Crescent Condominium, a multi-story, mixed-use condominium in Clayton, Mo.
