Areas of Practice
Laura Marquez-Garrett has an active litigation practice focusing on complex litigation including class action defense, construction and government contracts, insurance, antitrust, employment, bankruptcy and white collar crime litigation at both the state and federal levels. Prior to joining Lane Powell, Laura's practice focused on the area of financial institutions, including the representation of mortgage companies, banks and asset-based lenders in complex litigation and regulatory proceedings. She also represented contractors and developers in construction disputes, as well as individuals and corporations in insurance, white collar crime, class action litigation and commercial disputes.
