Laurajane B. Kastner is Of Counsel to the Firm's Corporate and Health Care Practice Groups. Ms. Kastner focuses her practice on the bio-technology, pharmaceutical, software and health care industries. Her experience includes private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, health care joint ventures, and negotiating and drafting technology licenses, collaboration and service agreements, among others. She also routinely advises clients with respect to matters pertaining to governance and other general corporate matters.
