Lauren F. Platko is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group.
In General. Lauren earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Villanova University School of Law, where she was Order of the Coif and a managing editor of the Villanova Law Review. She also participated in the school's Civil Justice Clinic. Lauren received her bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Bucknell University in 2005, majoring in International Relations with a minor in Legal Studies.
While in law school, Lauren completed a summer internship with the Honorable Juan R. Sánchez, district judge for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
