Ms. Delery is an associate in the firm's Energy and Natural Resources Law and Energy Litigation sections. Her practice focuses primarily on defending oil companies in legacy lawsuits in state and federal courts in Louisiana that involve allegations of oilfield contamination allegedly caused by historic oil and gas exploration and production activities. She has also defended major oil companies in NORM litigation and appeals, and represented oil and gas, construction, and pharmaceutical companies at the trial and appellate levels.
Prior to joining Liskow and Lewis, Ms. Delery served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ivan L.R. Lemelle, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of New Orleans.
