Lauren N. Diulus is an Associate in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office of Jackson Lewis P.C.

Ms. Diulus' practice is currently focused exclusively on the representation of employers in employment-related litigation before administrative agencies and courts on both the state and federal levels. Ms. Diulus also has dedicated a significant portion of her practice to proactively counseling employers with respect to litigation prevention and overall compliance with state, federal, and administrative laws and regulations. This includes reviewing and revising employee manuals and policies, reviewing and counseling management regarding termination decisions and performing complex human resource audits. In addition, she is experienced in drafting various employment agreements including non-competes and severance agreements.

Ms. Diulus gained immeasurable experience while serving for 3 years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Alan N. Bloch in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Diulus received her B.A. in Psychology from Mercyhurst College and her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law where she was a member of Law Review. During law school, Ms. Diulus also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Lawrence J. O'Toole, served as treasurer of the Student Bar Association, and studied law abroad in Ireland.

Ms. Diulus is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and serves on its Labor and Employment Law Section Council.

Ms. Diulus has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in Pennsylvania since 2011.
