Lauren Randle is an associate in the firm's Houston office. Her practice focuses on environmental, energy, and business litigation, as well as bankruptcy with a particular emphasis on serving energy industry clients. Prior to joining Liskow & Lewis, Ms. Randle was a member of the legal team at ExxonMobil Corporation in Houston, Texas, where she participated in litigation and offered opinions on potential financial and legal risks for new business ventures, property law, tort law, and contractual obligations in anticipation of litigation. She also revised the company's surveillance guidelines.
In 2010, Ms. Randle received her Juris Doctorate from the Duke University School of Law, where she served as a Lead Editor of the Duke Law Forum for Law and Social Change, the Co-Director of Corporate Relations for the National Black Law Students Association, and was a member of the J.D./M.B.A. Club. Ms. Randle also received her M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, in 2010. She was awarded the Rollins fellow Scholarship. Ms. Randle is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and devotes her spare time to organizations serving the Houston community, including Project Row Houses, the Houston AIDS Foundation, the Houston Grand Opera, and the Houston Ballet.
