Lauren R. Herold was born in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Ms. Herold grew up and was raised in Tampa, Florida. Ms. Herold practices in the Product Liability practice group in the Orlando, Florida office of Morgan & Morgan, P.A. Ms. Herold attended the University of Florida where she received her undergraduate degree in Political Science. She then worked for U.S. Senator Bill Nelson before attending law school at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Herold served as the Managing Editor of Law Review and received the book award for the highest grade in Product Liability, Intellectual Property and International Law of the Sea. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Herold worked at a Product Liability firm representing clients who sustained catastrophic injuries.
Ms. Herold handles cases involving wrongful death and serious injury due to defective ATVs, motor vehicles, tires, ladders, fires and heavy machinery.
