Laurence B. Dobkin has significant experience in a variety of areas within the real estate industry, including acquisition, sales, construction, development, financing, leasing, zoning and land use. In recent years, he has spent a great deal of time on major real estate acquisitions and dispositions throughout the nation involving retail shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, industrial properties and residential developments. In addition, Larry represents a major health and fitness club operator. As part of such representation, he works on leasing, financing, purchases and property management relating to the development of health and fitness centers across the United States.
