I am a San Diego County construction and business attorney. I also handle construction and business cases in Temecula, Orange County, Riverside County and other parts of Southern California. On the construction side of my practice I represent subcontractors, general contractors, bonding companies, and project owners. I handle cases involving commercial projects, residential projects and single family homes. I am well versed in construction law and construction projects. In many cases I assist clients in drafting construction contracts and actively taking steps to avoid disputes.

The business law side of my practice focuses primarily on representing business owners and professionals in contract disputes, professional liability issues, partnership problems and competition issues.
