Mr. Kavanaugh has successfully defended many auto insureds in lawsuits brought by some of the bigger Plaintiff's auto wreck law firms in Colorado since 2009. Mr. Kavanaugh's experience includes obtaining an insurance defense verdict at trial as well as successfully representing several insureds facing punitive damages. The firm is headquartered in Colorado Springs and defends clients throughout Colorado including Pueblo and the Denver Metro Area. Mr. Kavanaugh's unique qualifications to handle insurance defense matters began even prior to receiving his license to practice law in Colorado. Prior to licensure, Mr. Kavanaugh served as Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for a Major Insurance Company with its claim center in Colorado Springs, served as a Claims Judge Advocate with the United States JAG Corps, and served as a Law Clerk for a Large Plaintiff's Auto Wreck Law Firm.

Mr. Kavanaugh also accepts new cases involving criminal defense matters. Mr. Kavanaugh draws on his prior legal experience as a former prosecutor in the State of Illinois and former experience as a Senior Defense Counsel with the United States JAG Corps to better represent his existing criminal defense clients in Colorado.
