Known as a very traditional law firm, the Law Offices Carl Kincaid was founded in 1932. Based in Rio de Janeiro, we operate in almost all major Brazilian cities through a network of correspondents based in the most important cities of Brazil. The firm's lawyers are able to timely attend clients in emergency cases or casualties in any Brazilian port. The majority of our lawyers have experience in general corporate, labour matters, real estate and immigration laws. Most of them are fluent in English, French and Spanish.
Our main clients include Brazilian and foreign ship-owners, Protection and Indemnity Clubs, domestic and foreign insurance companies, shipping agencies, port operators, oil companies, transport agencies and Brazilian exporters and importers in the areas of commodities. We also represent and co-operate with several law offices in the USA, Europe and South America.
