Andrew C. Moler, Esq., practices in numerous legal areas, including but not limited to criminal defense, family law (divorce, child custody and support), commercial litigation, business law, personal injury/wrongful death, tax representation before the IRS, tax litigation (both criminal and civil) and state and federal tax return preparation. In addition to his other experience as a private attorney, Mr. Moler was appointed for three years to the position of special Public Defender to handle conflict criminal cases in the traffic division of the Orange County Court System. Mr. Moler is a former law enforcement officer in Central Florida. While in law enforcement, not only was he a Breathalyzer operator, but also a traffic enforcement officer and traffic homicide investigator. Additionally, Mr. Moler is a former bodily injury claims adjuster with a major U.S. insurance company. Mr. Moler graduated from Ohio Northern University College of Law with the Juris Doctor Degree in law and holds a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Rollins College located in Winter Park, Florida. In addition to his other academic achievements, he also holds a second advanced law degree, a Master of Law Degree (LL.M.) in Taxation, from St. Thomas University School of Law. Mr. Moler is currently working toward the completion of a second advanced tax degree. Mr. Moler is also a Florida certified Family Law Mediator, Circuit Civil Mediator, Residential Foreclosure Mediator, County Mediator and Federal Mediator.
