Frederick W. Meissner is the founder of the law firm, which since 2004 has provided quality service in a variety of legal areas in the Phoenix, Arizona area. The firm practices in the area of federal and state taxation with an emphasis in tax controversy including representing individuals and business entities before the United States Tax Court, the Internal Revenue Service and State Tax Agencies. The firm also assists start-up and mature businesses with related tax and business issues. Before starting the firm he worked for the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Agent handling tax audits for 10 years. Fred also worked in tax positions of multi-national corporations and for two of the "Big Four" international accounting firms. Fred is also licensed as an Enrolled Agent.
