A graduate of Hofstra University and the California Western School of Law, Mr. Frank established his law firm in 1985, purposefully keeping it small so that he can provide his clients with a high level of personalized service to augment his considerable legal expertise.

Mr. Frank's legal affiliations include the State Bar of California, U.S. District Court Southern District of California, American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and the Marine Corps Reserve Officers Association. His legal experience also includes serving as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps Reserve after serving as an active member of the Corps.

Mr. Frank's staff is fluent in English and Spanish, which enables him to serve a broader constituency in the Southern California region. His thorough case preparation and extensive legal expertise has resulted in substantial judgments on behalf of his clients, including an eight-million dollar judgment in a personal injury case, a two-million dollar settlement in a spinal cord injury case and many other cases resulting in millions of dollars in compensation.
