Hourly Rates:
Our firm charges an hourly rate of $250 for all other services, or as an alternative to the set pricing packages if desired. Business Formations including both C-Corporations and S-Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and Partnership Agreements. In addition to creating the formation documents we also can create business plans for your business and advise you in your search for investment capital and loans. If your business needs to get government certifications or grants we can assist you in your applications.
