Kyle made the process easy. He provided all the options in a manner that my husband and I could understand. His fees were very reasonable. I feel confident that if something were to happen to my husband and me my family would receive their inheritance with no problems.

My husband and I hired Kyle for Estate Planning services and we couldn't be happier! Not only is Kyle knowledgeable and a top notch attorney, but he made us feel very at ease during the whole process. Decisions within an Estate Plan can be very difficult at times, but with Kyle's help we feel an extreme amount of relief that our family will be taken care of in the future. Kyle did a wonderful job of helping me address my estate planning needs, which include planning for a blended family, a small business, agricultural property, and the welfare of my horses should I predecease them.

Working with Kyle was absolutely wonderful. My initial thoughts about having my estate plan done made me nervous but Kyle quickly relieved me of that feeling by explaining every single step of the process in a way I could actually understand. He did more than produce my documents he provided me with peace of mind. Kyle is also well connected in the Overland Park area and has become my trusted advisor and I will turn to him whenever I have ANY important financial decisions to make.
