Was litigation partner in the Law Offices of Cummins & Wanshel since 1978 until Mr. Cummins death in 2007. We then formed the Law Offices of Laurence A. Wanshel in 2007 despite having in excess of 33 years of experience in the day to day court room and office practice of law. We keep our practice small and accessible to our clients so they have direct contact with the attorney they want to represent their interest. We are honest in our assessments of our client's cases and chances of a recovery for a successful outcome or defense. We accept clients only with a realistic chance of success and try to accommodate their wishes within an affordable budget and the facts and circumstance of each individual case. Many of our cases are through referrals from other attorneys who are aware of Mr. Wanshel's expertise and success in the areas of law specified above.
