About this office:
Paul Gertz began his practice as a Trial Attorney in Texas in 1975. Since then he has handled a variety of Personal Injury cases as well as a diverse array of civil and business cases. Because of his special competence as a Trial Attorney, he was Certified as a Personal Injury Trial and Civil Trial Specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In his career, he has tried over 100 cases to a jury verdict . He worked with numerous premier national law firms as co-counsel. In 2005, he relocated his office to the Roaring Fork Valley of Western Colorado to assist clients in prosecuting personal injury claims and suits handling divorces and domestic issues and to assist businesses in bringing or defending lawsuits.
Paul has been privileged to represent numerous fine individuals and corporations since 1975. His corporate clients included numerous fortune 500 companies and he was Co-Counsel with many outstanding Regional and National Law Firms.
