For more than sixty years, it has been dedicated to helping property owners fight "City Hall" in eminent domain and other land use proceedings.
Hitomi Kawashima, the firm's in-house financial consultant and office manager, is a certified public accountant (C.P.A.). She has years of accounting experience and speaks fluent Japanese.
