A totally dependable,honest,straight talking and very pleasant lawyer, with a dry sense of humor.Right from the start he accurately indicated the fees involved. He will do what you ask -but will tell you his views about your choices, timing and chances of success, so that you can decide. We felt that our case and its success was very important to him. Rob always answered our calls,emails and questions very quickly and his colleagues/ staff were equally helpful, friendly and always available.
