The firm also represents numerous victims of the Kenya and Tanzania U.S. Embassy bombing attacks in 1998 and is reviewing cases arising out of the September 2001 terrorist attacks, and applicability of the federal compensation legislation and special master program. The firm has been recognized for high professional legal standards and ethics in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, 86th ed. The firm successfully handled Olympic Airways v. Husain, 540 U.S. 644 (2006); 124 S. Ct. 1221 (2004); 157 L. Ed. 2d 1146, a landmark case for passenger rights in the United States Supreme Court.
