At Law Offices of Thigpen & Jenkins, we truly are a full service law firm. Our firm was created in its current form when two firms merged in 1993, but Mr. Thigpen has been practicing in North Carolina since 1972. Our attorneys have over 60 years of combined experience, and are skilled and knowledgeable in the law. Our support staff in all three offices is skilled and experienced as well. Our clients have included the Moore County School System, as well as several local banks and businesses. However, our main focus is on the individual, particularly in the areas of family law and divorce, personal injury, and workers' compensation. We have also successfully represented thousands of clients in criminal matters and traffic violations. Senior Partner Frank C. Thigpen practices mainly in the areas of family law, real estate and business law. His years of experience have earned him the respect of his peers and his clients. Walter I. "Butch" Jenkins III is a Board Certified Specialist in State Criminal Law. He is also a graduate of the National DUI College held at Harvard. Mr. Jenkins represents clients charged with criminal offenses ranging from simple traffic violations to murder. His practice consists largely of DWI/DUI defense and he has successfully defended thousands of clients in his 24 years of practice. James H. "Jim" Jenkins represents clients on personal injury, workers compensation, and Social Security Disability cases. He is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocate club. Mr. Jenkins combines a unique ability to communicate with his clients with the skill and knowledge to obtain the best possible results. Aaron Bell practices mainly in the areas of family law and civil litigation. Mr. Bell is an aggressive litigator who fights relentlessly for his clients.
