About this office:
At the Law Offices of Thomas J. Lamb we are here to help people who have been seriously injured and the families of people who have died. Some of our cases involve serious side effects due to the use of unsafe prescription medications that are later recalled by a drug company. Other cases concern long-ago exposures to dangerous substances -- such as asbestos dust or fumes from welding rods -- that later in time caused a cancer or a severe illness.
All of our cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, which means that there is no payment for our legal services until after the case is finished and we have been successful in getting legal compensation paid to our client.
We believe that these types of serious personal injury or wrongful death cases should be filed as individual lawsuits -- as opposed to being made part of a large class action case. From our years of experience we have found that this individual case approach tends to produce a better result for the case while, also, allowing us to give our client the personal attention their case deserves, from start to finish.
