Larry Ferree has been a shareholder at the firm since 1980. He was licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri in 1974. He is also admitted as an attorney in the United States District Courts for Kansas and Missouri, and in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits.
Mr. Ferree completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Kansas (B.S. 1969), and pursued his legal education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (J.D. 1973). He is a member of the Kansas, Missouri, Johnson County, and Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Associations. He was elected vice-president (1998-1999), president-elect (1999-2000) and president (2000-2001) of the Johnson County Bar Association. Since 1999, he has served as a board member of the Johnson County Bar Foundation. Judges and other attorneys have designated him to be BV® Distinguished™ Peer Review Rated SM by Martindale-Hubbell®.
