Member, Real Estate Brokerage Practice Group Practice Focus Mr. Maher's practice focuses on banking and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on the representation of lenders in connection with the restructuring and "work out" of troubled loans, complex foreclosure and bankruptcy matters, and advising creditors on debt collection strategies. He represents major banks and other financial institutions as well as real estate investors and leasing companies in various aspects of their business.
