Our firm was established by its partners, David M. Lazan, Alexandra H. Glover and Peter L. Puciloski. Peter Puciloski heads our Eastern Massachusetts office; David Lazan and Alexandra Glover, our Western Massachusetts office. Our practice includes: All aspects of real estate law, including residential and commercial purchases, sales, zoning and permitting; Civil litigation in all courts of Massachusetts and New York, and in Federal court and appeals in civil matters; Matrimonial law, including divorce and custody disputes; and Estate and succession planning, estate administration and related tax matters.
