Roy Zimmerman previously served in a variety of executive leadership positions, including former Chair of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Member-In-Charge of the firm's Harrisburg office prior to his current position as Senior Counsel to the firm. Roy served for eight years as Pennsylvania's first-elected Attorney General, where he was responsible for formulating the legal and law enforcement strategies for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, he served for three terms as the District Attorney of Dauphin County, where he tried and supervised numerous major criminal felony cases. He was active in private practice before being elected Attorney General.

· Trial and appellate court litigation experience in major complex civil and criminal cases, including multi-state litigation and litigation dealing with mergers, public corruption, toxic waste and consumer protection;
· Argued several cases before the United States Supreme Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
