Leah joined Husch Blackwell as an Associate in 2008. She concentrates her practice in the firm's Corporate Department, where she advises on business formation, restructuring, dissolution and other general corporate matters. Leah also represents clients in mergers and acquisition transactions. In addition, she counsels on compliance with state and federal securities laws, assists in the preparation and review of Securities Exchange Act filings, and represents clients in public offerings of equity and debt securities.
