Lee Lastovich is a Shareholder and the Litigation Manager of the Minneapolis, Minnesota, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the chair of the litigation section of a Minneapolis - St. Paul firm, and held a position on that firm's board of directors.
Mr. Lastovich is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer who defends employers against claims of discrimination (race, age, gender, religion, disability, national origin, sexual orientation), retaliation (including whistleblower and USERRA claims), harassment, defamation, negligence, breach of contract, and promissory estoppel. Clients also regularly retain him to protect their interests in non-compete, non-solicitation, trade secret and unfair competition lawsuits, as well as fraud and misrepresentation claims.
He is a Qualified Neutral authorized to act as an arbitrator and mediator pursuant to the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.
