LEE H. ZELL is Partner in the firm's Litigation section. He has represented accounting firms, securities and insurance brokerage firms, financial institutions, and financial services companies, as well as individuals, in a wide variety of disputes. He has extensive experience in securities, contract, business tort, unfair competition, and complex insurance coverage matters, and has served as counsel to corporate boards of directors conducting forensic and other internal investigations.
Mr. Zell has written and lectured on a number of topics, including securities litigation, accountants' liability, enforcement of noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements, contests for corporate control, shareholder derivative litigation, application of the attorney-client privilege and work product rule, and legal ethics.
