Leigh A. Lieberman

Mr. Lieberman focuses his practice on real property tax litigation and condemnation proceedings involving energy, utility and telecommunication companies. He has experience litigating in state and federal courts, alternative dispute resolution forums, and administrative tax courts.

In addition to his real property tax and condemnation practice, Mr. Lieberman also focuses on complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients from a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, entertainment, insurance, and energy and utilities.
